Summary
This is an office range, formerly part of J Sears & Co's True Form Boot Factory. Built in a neo-Baroque style in 1913, it has three storeys and nine bays, and may be steel-framed. It was converted to flats circa 1990.

Full Description
{3} Extensive factory stood from 1903 to 1967. Only the three-storey office block, constructed in 1913, and the façade of a 1930s four-storey block in Stimpson Avenue survives.
