Full Description

{1} George Green & Sons moved to Stimpson Avenue in 1892 having previously occupied premises in Commercial Street. The first factory was struck by fire in 1913. A new factory was built, opening in February the following year. It is likely that the office range, which is of a smaller scale, dates from before the fire.
