Summary

Two-storey, red-brick building built in the late 1880s/early 1890s. The surviving section of the now demolished Taylor's Boot Works. Probably built as the rear entrance for Taylor's Victoria Shoe Factory which fronted Kettering Road to the south. The main part of the factory was demolished in the 1980s.
