Summary
A former boot and shoe factory that was built in the 1880s, occupies a corner site with main frontages to Fox Street on the north and Kettering Road on the east, with a short return elevation to Meeting Lane on the south-east. Two ranges survive, one on each main frontage but the Fox Street ranges has been truncated at the eastern end, severing it from the Kettering Road range.
