Built c1905-6 by Alexander Anderson as part of a planned garden suburb of which only a few houses were built. Locally listed.

Full Description

{2} The Cottage has an asymmetrical tiled roof with very deep tiled eaves to the front elevation which serve to roof the two-storey bay windows and jetty between. The building is finished in cream roughcast render and has the house name picked out in Arts and Crafts lettering on the jetty.

{3} Designed in a mixed Free Style-Arts and Crafts style.
