{2} No 38 Christchurch Road is effectively half the design for No 1 Sandringham Road truncated to fit the narrow site with some embellishments including the crenellated projecting bay on the Sandringham Road elevation.

{3} Designed in a mixed Free Style-Arts and Crafts style.
