Full Description

{1} "In the bed of the river, near the Castle, in the course of some railway operations, was found a perfect black urn of Roman ware, 7"high and 6-7/8" in diameter".

{2} Probable area of find SP 747605. The Keeper of Ants., Northampton Museum, had no knowledge of the whereabouts of this urn.
