Summary
A pair of houses that were constructed between 1842 and 1850 are situated on the southern side of Main Road/Stamford Road. The buildings are constructed of coursed rubble with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with a catslide to the rear and a central ridge chimney stack and gable stacks. The main facade has an irregular range of five sash windows under flat arches to the first floor. The ground floor has a cambered arched window on the left with a door to its right with a cambered arch and rectangular fanlight. To the right of the centre is another cambered arched window and another door under a cambered arch with a rectangular fanlight. On the far right is a canted bay window with a Collyweston slate roof.

The main facade has an irregular range of five sash windows under flat arches to the first floor. The ground floor has a cambered arched window on the left with a door to its right with a cambered arch and rectangular fanlight. To the right of the centre is another cambered arched window and another door under a cambered arch with a rectangular fanlight. On the far right is a canted bay window with a Collyweston slate roof. The central stack is the line of division between the two dwellings
