Summary

Cropmarks of a sub-rectangular probable later prehistoric settlement enclosure with internal sub-divisions and pits visible on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme. Further possible enclosures can be seen to the south as faint cropmarks.

Full Description

{1} Cropmarks of a sub-rectangular probable later prehistoric settlement enclosure with inner proto-enclosure, internal sub-divisions and pits visible seen at SP 9663 8091. The site is visible on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme. Further possible enclosures can be seen to the south as faint cropmarks. To the west and north are the cropmarks of patches of extraction.
