Summary
Farm probably constructed in the mid-late 19th century. The original layout probably comprised a threshing barn opposite the farmhouse with an open fronted building on either side beyond which were further enclosed buildings. There were alterations in the 20th century and a steel framed structure was added to the east in the mid-20th century.

Full Description
{1} A level 3 building recording survey was undertaken of the barns prior to development. The earliest structures probably date to the mid-late 19th century and were arranged around a courtyard with the farmhouse forming the western side and a threshing barn forming the eastern side. The barns are all brick-built. There were alerations in the 20th century and a steel-framed structure used to store grain was built in the mid-20th century.
