Full Description

[1} Roman settlement (SP 90586239), S.W. of the village, on limestone at 65m above OD. Roman pottery and occupation debris were discovered here during building work.

{2} This area was assessed as part of the Bedford Borough NMP aerial survey project. No features as described above were visible on any of the available aerial photographs.
