Full Description
{1} Owner it is believed to be Glendon Iron Co. Little is known about this quarry apart form a siding at Denford on the LNWR Northampton to Peterborough line. Records show that that a field bordering the railway line at Denford a portion of which has been taken by the Glendon Iron Co. as at March 1885. As to the length of quarrying it is unkown when it started or finished.
