Full Description

{1} Area SP 6972. Several coarse red urns, possibly Roman, were found in 1818 during the digging of a well. The site seems to be marked on a map by E Pretty at about SP 688719. (No Legend appears on the map and it is impossible to know what Roman site is portrayed).
