Summary

Nine Palaeolithic implements, 3 flaked flints which are probably Neolithic axes, microliths and one polished stone axe were found at Duston. The last object was found in 1903 the rest were discovered in the 19th century.

Full Description

{1} Pa implements and 3 Ne celts found at Duston; now in Northampton Museum.

{2} Surface finds from Duston include microliths of Me character; now in Northampton Museum.

{3} The Museum hold 9 Pa implements, mostly flake tools, 3 flaked flints probably Ne axes, microliths and one polished stone axe. The last was found in 1903 the rest in the 19th c. No precise find spots are recorded.
