Summary

A 1945 plan of Spanhoe Airfield indicates that this was the Bomb Stores Area. Lidar imagery indicates that the earthwork traverses surrounding each store survive but it is not clear whether the store itself is still extant.

{2} Lidar imagery indicates that earthwork traverses of three bomb stores survives.

{3} Tree cover prevents examination of the store areas; it is not possible to gauge whether any buildings survive.
