Full Description
{1} The New Leys Farm was constructed c.1840 after the parish's enclosure, comprised a L-plan stone farmhouse of two storeys. Its rubble stone farm buildings were a full-height barn with opposed double doors connecting the yard behind with Denford Road, and a long single-storey range, presumably for stock. In 2023, a major fire destroyed the roof and much of the interior of the farmhouse, and much of the outbuildings' roofs and other fabric.
