Summary
A prehistoric flint scatter was identified during fieldwalking in 1960. A small number of Roman and medieval pottery sherds were also found, but may represent a manuring scatter.

{1} Find spot, Lithic and pottery scatter; Prehistoric flints comprised scrapers, blades (some broken), cores, rough cores, waste/utilised flakes (some large) and burnt flint; Roman - medieval sherds (17 in total), generally comprising grey wares, fine wares and some sherds with remnant green glaze + 1 oyster shell
