Full Description
{1} A fragment of bronze, possibly part of a spearhead, was ploughed up in 1964. SP48873795.

{3} This report refers to the finding of a small fragment of bronze which is possibly part of a BA spearhead, by Mr Cherry of King's Sutton Lodge in autumn 1964 when ploughing. The piece remains in his possession, and he pointed out the find-spot at SP48873795. That area has been quarried for ironstone, so the fragment could have been introduced with infilling material.
