Full Description

{1}Excavation undertaken in 1961-5; late 2nd century features were found; a double bank and ditch; the inner entrance was possibly unfinished;

{2} The site was refortified possibly following abandonment; the entrance was rebuilt; the re-occupation of the interior was indicated by the presence of a hut and pit of late 2nd century;
