Full Description
{1} Roman bricks and tiles have been found on the opposite side of the road to Burnt Walls.
{2} Roman pottery was found.
{3} Baker then refers to the grubbing up of Daventry Wood in 1816. SP581611. Under the plough in 1969.
{6} Area under plough, nothing found during perambulation.
{unknown source} The tile and brick found is probably medieval in date. [possibly AE Brown]
