Summary
A significant amount of pottery, including numerous wasters, was collected during the construction of a house extension in 1974. Evidence of kiln structures was observed, but could not be excavated.

Full Description
{1} Medieval pot sherds, possibly found at "8 Little Street".
{2} Fieldworkers only had half an hour to retrieve what they could from the site of a house extension, therefore no excavation was possible. They recovered numerous wasters, some pretty complete, and remains of a kiln or kilns were evident. Bellamy records the site as No.8 Corby Road. No other account of this material has been published.
