Full Description

{1} Tile fragments, animal bone and pottery of C14th-16th date were found in a possible large pit.

{2} Large excavated feature up to 2.30m deep; either a pit or possibly a terminal of medieval defensive ditch. The feature contained a number of medieval and later finds including several pottery sherds of C14th to C16th date, several tile fragments, animal bones, oyster shells and mussel shells.

{3} Possible pit or ditch; contained pottery, bone and shell.
