Monument record 1160/167/2 - Medieval road surface, The Drapery

Archaeological observation of service trench in 1975 at the north end of the Drapery. A former road surface was observed and medieval pottery and animal bone found.

{2}At north end of Drapery was found single road level at depth of 0.63m & resting on natural; medieval sherds & few animal bones found;
