Full Description
{1} East end of trench filled in before observation, nothing seen in west end, workmen reported yard surface, path and possible wall within east end.
{2} Pipetrench across the lawn to the east and south of the castle reportedly exposed a brick and stone yard surface, a cobbled path and a concentration of large coursed limestone-posibly part of a demolished wall.
{3} Undated stone surface, watching brief G Cadman and B Giggins.
