Full Description

{1} Flints found between 1989-91. Site 3 is situated in a good location, near fresh water. Most flints were found on sandy soil. Dates range from Mesolithic to early Bronze Age. The flint is in varying colours, condition and some locally obtained, if not all. The northern area contained flints from Meolithic to early Bronze Age and the southern area tended to be late Neolithic to early Bronze Age.
