{1}Find made in September 1982; an iron spearhead in clay dredged from the river Nene; it was 0.164m long with a split socket and a baluster moulded junction between the balde and socket; it was confirmed by the British Museum as a late Saxon type spear head dating from the 9th to 11th centuries; on loan to Northampton Museum;
