Full Description
{1}Trial trench excavation in 1990 confirmed the presence of a ditch. It had a piece of roof tile in the fill and was probably a Roman field boundary. There was also an Iron Age pit 1m in diameter.
{2} An Iron Age pit was located at this point during Fina pipeline survey work.
