Earthwork of a Roman road with low agger. TL00177998 to SP99978013. Ploughsoil revealed part of parallel ditches 35ft apart and up to 8ft deep. Extensive quarrying for gravel on either side of the road. Plan of excavated road. Detailed plan of part of road in Henslow Meadow. Fieldname: Henslow Meadow.
