{1} Unlocated Bronze Age burial. A collared urn, of the Primary Series, was found in 1894. [Entered under Cranford parish!].

{2} A Bronze Age collared cinerary urn 6 1/4 ins high was found at Cranford.

{4} A MBA collared urn is on show in Twywell Church, labelled 'from Twywell Glebe'. According to OS Card SP97NW8 the latter is the field centred at SP937768. [NB. The ngr SP937778 has been erroneously entered on the OS card and entered under Cranford parish.]

{6} Church officers consulted have no other knowledge of this pot. Crawford is adjacent to Twywell and it seems probable that this is the find noted by authority {2}. 'Twywell Glebe' was evidently the field centred at SP 937768 - see SP 97 NW 8.
