{1} FINDS; Saxon loomweight & Saxon coins.

{2}Part of an Anglo-Saxon loom weight found at SP 835639 in Exton parish in February 1967.

{5} (?) 2 gold coins of Aethelred found February 1967. R Hollowell

{6} R Hollowell retains the portion of loomweight and confirms the find spot; it was classified by the BM. He knows nothing of Auth 2 and states he is not responsible for the remark. Northampton Museum hold 2 silver pennies of Aethelred from Ecton "found early 19c". R Moore (Keeper) suggests this is probably a copying error on the Mus 6". (See SP 86 SW 17). Site under corn, no finds made during investigation.
