{1} Finds made during quarry development. Two Palaeolithic flint hand axes.

(SP 828616) Two Palaeoliths. R Hollowell. 31 7 67.

{4} 2 hand-axes found during gravel quarrying.

{6} This site was reported by R Hollowell by A Brown (Leicester University) who retains the material. The site is an active gravel pit; no finds made during investigation.
