Full Description

(1-4) Collection of prehistoric lithics held by the Ashmolean Museum originally from the parish of Oundle. The finds include a Neolithic flint leaf-shaped arrowhead marked '1863 Mr Beale' and two scrapers marked 'Mar22 1867 JE' and '1867'. The finds were originally in the collection of Sir John Evans. The original findspots are unknown.
