Full Description

{1} Much building stone and pottery was recovered from an area surrounded by a sub-rectangular ditch, still plainly visible.

{2} RCHM notes a sub-rectangular ditched enclosure at TL 035865 possibly associated with a Roman settlement immediately to the W. [TL 08 NW 68].
