Summary

Cropmarks of rectilinear enclosures, pits and ditches have been identified on aerial photography. However, geophysical survey undertaken prior to the construction of the A6 Rushden and Higham Ferrers Bypass did not identify any anomalies in this area. The western part of the cropmark complex has now been developed.
