A Neolithic flint axe from near Great Weldon is in Northampton Museum (Accession Number D 131/1954-5) was given by Reverend W Finch-Hatton. It is included in a list of additions to the Museum 1890-1.

{1} Unlocated find: A Neolithic/ early Bronze Age mottled grey brown polished flint axe, 17.2cam long by 6.5cm wide.

{4} An Ne/EBA, flint axe, 17.2 cm by 6.5 cm, from near GREAT WELDON in Northampton Mus. Acc. No: D 131/1954-5 was given by Rev. W. Finch-Hatton. It is of mottled grey-brown flint, polished but with some flaking(a) It is included in a list of additions to the Museum 1890-1 (b).
