Full Description

{1}Find made prior to 1848; a Roman bronze figure of diminutive size representing Minerva, now lost, was exhibited to the Archaeological Institute in 1848; may be from this site.

{2} RCHM Inventory suggests that the statuette may possibly have come from the Roman settlement.

{4} Northampton Museum have attempted to trace this find many times but have been unsuccessful.
