Full Description

{1} North-west of greenfield Lodge, on Boulder Clay at 83m above OD. A scatter of late Iron Age and Roman pottery, including Samian, has been found;

{3} Belgic and Roman pottery scatter found at (SP) 907610 in the parish of Strixton.

{4} Mr Hall described the pottery which was found on arable land, as IA, Samian and Castor wares. Indicated site under corn - not perambulated.
