Full Description

{1} In Denton was once a fraternity & chapel in honour of The Virgin Mary. It was sited at the north-west end of the town where there is now a house called Chapel House with buttresses which seem to be part of an ancient building.

{2} The building described by Bridges was not located in 1970 and the name was unknown to locals questioned. SP539582
