Full Description
{1} In the southern part of the parish are a number of ponds of highly irregular and unusual form, many of which are shown on a map of 1760. Two other similar ponds, now altered, existed in the south-west of the parish, one at SP838549. Their purpose and date is unknown.
{3} Small pond marked 'K' on the plan. The latter, with an adjoining shallow earthwork depression, is that recorded as a 1760 map documented reference.
