Full Description

{1} Features uncovered in 1976 at SP 874682: early Iron Age ditches, pits and pot sherds. The features were spread over the area between the school and Queensway Road on the south side of the east-west road. The evidence is so fragmentary that it is difficult to determine whether this represents occupation or simply field ditches.
