Full Description
{1} A large Iron Age pot has been found in Weekley Hall Wood (SP 8781) during ironstone-working.
{3} A large Iron Age pot was found during ironstone digging at Weekley Hall Wood. The rim is missing but its present height is 16 inches. The body tapers with straight sides to a 6 inch diameter base. It is handmade of ware containing flint grit coloured red with black patches and rough, mostly vertical, scoring. In Kettering Museum.
{4} No further siting information held by Kettering Museum.
