Full Description

{1} Earthwork of a medieval/post medieval dam. A large bank 190m long x 25m wide x 2.5m high with a modern gap through the centre through which the stream now flows. The earthwork plan (Fig.108) also shows that the pond formed by the dam lay on the west side of it, but no function is determined.
