Full Description
{1}Features; prehistoric ditches and pits were seen in the quarry face; there were also finds of bone ?;
{2} Ditch or pit seen in side of disused quarry 6 ft from edge of Corby-Gretton road. Size - 3 ft wide by 1½ ft deep. Near it was a large limestone slab which appeared dressed, lying on old surface.
