{2} Unlocated find. A Roman coin of Constantine exhibited by Rev J.H.Hill in 1883. Possibly one of the coins from Alderston Field reported elsewhere.

{3} A coin of Constantine was exhibited by the Rev. J.H. Hill in 1883. It was 'found in the parish of Ashley, close to Medbourne Boundary, representing a full length figure of Phebus'.

{5} No further information was gained in field investigation. The coin may be one of those found in Alderston field - see [SP 79 SE 20]
