Full Description

{2} Barrow (?) (SP 77437565). Until it was destroyed in 1964 there was a mound 0.8 m high and 11.5 m in diameter with no trace of a ditch; it was perhaps a bowl barrow. On air photographs taken before destruction {6} it appears that the mound was respected by the surrounding ridge-and-furrow.

{4} A probable bowl barrow at SP 77437565. It is 11.5m in diameter and 0.8m high, and has been slightly mutilated by digging on the NW side. There is no trace of a surrounding ditch.

{5} The mound was bulldozed in about 1964 and the site is under plough. No traces survive.
