Full Description

{1} Fieldwalking in July 1970 produced a wide range of medieval and post medieval pottery, dating from the C12th to the C17th and C18th.

{2} Fieldwalking recovered medieval C12th-C15th pottery as well as C15th-C18th pot sherds. The area was formerly covered by ridge and furrow and the scatter is therefore unlikely to represent occupation.
