Full Description

{1} Earthwork mound, undated. Also in the adjoining coppice at Organ's Hill a stone quern or handmill was found, it is sixteen inches high, and the circumference thirty eight inches; the upper part nine and a half inches (from Wetton's Guide 1849 p199)....... near Hollow Quarter Riding and in Shrubbery Close there are large mounds which could be funeral mounds or barrows.
