Full Description
{1} Early middle Saxon pottery, possibly associated with a group of aceramic postholes, pits and gullies.
{2} A sherd of early middle Saxon pottery was found in the fill of a possible palaeochannel. To the east of the former watercourse a trench revealed groups of aceramic postholes, pits and gullies.
{3} Early middle Saxon pottery was found at the base of the ploughsoil close to and above a number of otherwise aceramic postholes and gullies. Part of a palaeochannel contained a further sherd.
