The much mutilated remains of a set of fishponds associated with the moated site immediately to the north-east.

{1}EWKS; MED FISHPONDS (1); PLAN: FIG 83 (2);

{2} Immediately to the south-west of the moat are the now much mutilated remains of a set of fishponds;

{3} The site was surveyed in 1975. Two irregularly-shaped fishponds separated by a dam with an island in the western one. They are embanked to the south.

{4} Published survey of moat (25" undated) revised. Associated fish ponds to the immediate S.W. - resurveyed at 1/2500.

{5} Survey of 17.4.62 correct but the water level is apparently subject to seasonal variations.
