Full Description

{2} Watching brief during replacement of play equipment in Brackley Park recorded the presence of eight small features in the base of the trench cut for new area foundations. Features comprised a small pit and a possible gully and postholes. Medieval (possibly 13th century) pot was recovered from r of the features plus unstratified medieval and post medieval pottery from the trench spoil. Features presumed to mark activity within the rear of the medieval tenement which fronted the High Street.
